Overview of Equipment and Services

The University of Pittsburgh Center for Research Computing and Data (CRCD) aims to increase the research productivity of Pitt faculty by providing advanced computing resources. Pitt CRCD supports this mission through outreach that includes cutting-edge computer hardware and software for transformative research, workshops on effective resource utilization, and personalized consultations to refine projects from computational code to high performance levels. The center is a unique resource for the entire University community, supporting research fields such as engineering, chemistry, genomics, biostatistics, economics, linguistics and many other areas.
